1 L.A Lakers. Are you kidding me? Is it legal to already have the two most dominating players in the league under 32? Now you add sharp shooter Lindsey Hunter, the Rock and Samaki Walker.  The voodoo master has just reloaded his arsenol of weapons, and through out the empty cartridges Ho Grant and Ty Lue.
2 Sacramento Kings .  I know this IS a Pistons site, but don't front you got to hand it to Webb and the Kings management, they simply did nothing but improve themselves this summer.  First they unleashed the vicodin case Eminem uhmm I mean Jason Williams for an established point G Mike Bibby.  Resigned arguably the best on ball defender in Doug Christie and won their own Webber lottery.  Mark this, Turkelo is going to be the BEST player on this team including Webber, Peja, and the rest of the crew.
3 Philadelphia 76ers Best in the East.  A.I. will get even better, and Deke will have a full year to develop his game around Larry Brown's system, and will be even more effective defensively under the new zone rules.  Confidence has alot to do with success and sixers believe, heck do you think Snow, McKie, and Jumaine Jones are actually that good, that are just on a highly confident team.
4 Orland Magic Batman will have his robin this year.  The Magic signed Grant Hill to be their superstar and signed Tracy McGrady to be his trusty sidekick.  But while Hill was nursing at home in his bat cave injured, T-Money was out their tearing new one's into the opposing teams. Roles have changed McGrady has far greater potential to be a player higher than Hill's status.  Oh yeah they also signed Alfred (Ewing) to do some housekeeping.
5 Phoneix Suns Marbury, Penny and Marion, oh my.  Marbury, Penny and Marion, oh my.  Marbury, Penny and Marion, oh my.  Marbury, Penny and Marion, oh my.  Marbury, Penny and Marion, oh my.  Marbury this cats for real!
6 Toronto Raptors Vinsanity nuff said
7 Milwaukee Bucks Position depends on what happens to Cassell I simply don't see him moving
8 Dallas Mavericks Will Wang Zhi Zhi return the man can play and would add a new dimension to the already potent team.
9 Atlanta Hawks Hotlanta just got hotter, the best frontcourt in the EAST.  Big bodies are plentiful in Atlanta, and Sheef  will get his just due respect now that he's playing in the states, puts up numbers very similiar to Elton Brand but has much more aspects to his game.  Resigned the Nazr and has a Rattler coming off the IR.
10 Houston Rockets This is my sleepers team, if Eddie Griffin turns out to be half the player he was projected to be this team has a playoff chance.  It is to Houston's advantage if they get rid of Hakeem who has slowed down the progression of Stevie Franchise and the Cuttino the Cat.
Teams that fell off the wagon................
Portland Blazers although they did exceptional job bringing in young talent, this team is still in utter dissarray and look for numerous movements before the start of the season.  This team will be completely revamped as Whitsett tries to cure the cancer.  Steve Smith a constant professional will be shipped out in favor of the younger D.A.
San Antonio simply got waxed in the playoffs by the Lakers and Kobe did most of the ass kicking.  Number one reason being that simply their crew of guards Terry Porter, Steve Kerr, and Antonio Daniels could not keep up with Kobe.  Now they let D.A. slip away? This team cannot compete alone on just the shoulders of TD and the aging David Robinson.

Will be updated according to front office changes.
